HOW IT WORKS

At VIP WEATHER we do not provide yet another automated weather forecast application, but we communicate on a substantive and human level with the Customer. Meteorological data derived from advanced global and regional forecast models — numerical and artificial intelligence — are not transferred to the user as is, but first undergo human, scientific and operational processing. Our team analyzes, compares, evaluates and interprets the data, taking into account local specificities and real conditions. We are also always willing to talk on the phone. Thus, the forecast we deliver is a responsible, understandable and operationally usable information without complexities, adapted to the person and his real needs — not to an algorithm.

FORECAST CONTENT

The weather information provided consists of the following:

Forecast text, with information always tailored to the needs of the interested party, which is accompanied by weather forecast maps.
Special advice or recommendations depending on the needs of the interested party.

The detail in the forecasts increases as we move closer to the period of interest as the forecast details stabilize.

WAYS TO SEND FORECASTS

VIP WEATHER forecasts are delivered through a special dynamic, exclusive access page, which is the official reference point for its assessment and updates.

The interested party is immediately informed of each new version via email, the VIP WEATHER application or a special channel on Viber, according to their personal preferences.

In cases of increased risk or critical developments, communication takes place by telephone.

Direct telephone communication is also possible at any time.

INFORMATION FLOW

The basic philosophy of VIP WEATHER is that meteorological information should be comprehensive, global, fast and last from start to finish. Its goal is for the interested party to have an immediate and comprehensive picture of the weather, first in the long term through the long-term forecast (monthly, 15-day, etc.), then in the medium term through the medium-term forecast (more than 5 days), then in the short term through the analytical forecast and finally, in the period of interest, to have real time meteorological support.

SEASONAL ASSESSMENT

An assessment of the general weather picture for the coming season. It is done mainly by presenting deviations in relation to the average values of the period.

MONTHLY ASSESSMENT

Estimate of the average weather picture for the next month.

15-DAY WEATHER TREND

Weather trend estimation up to 15 days before the period of interest

WEATHER FORECAST

Local weather forecast that starts 5 days before the period of interest and is updated daily.

CONTINUOUS MONITORING

Continuous support during the period of interest, with the latest weather updates and emergency alerts when a severe or adverse weather event is forecast or approaching the area. Telephone support is also included.

WORKFLOW

The daily workflow initially involves understanding the current state of the atmosphere on a global to local scale. Then, by evaluating all the meteorological data, we make the forecast. Finally, the forecast is rechecked and delivered to the interested party in a simple and understandable way.

ATMOSPHERE ANALYSIS

Observation, evaluation and analysis of existing weather conditions and the atmosphere in general.

DATA STUDY

Analysis and evaluation of data from major forecasting centers and official bodies.

EVALUATION

Comparison, analysis and assessment of data from Forecasting Centers and risk assessment.

CONTROL

Final checks and possible error corrections to achieve the best final result.
